The Opportunity

 

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Territory Sales Manager to join our wonderful team. An open-minded, flexible individual with a get-stuck-in attitude to take control of sales and merchandising in London & The Northern Home Counties.

 

You’ll be working with cutting edge giftware and stationery collections. Whether it’s a cake shaped clutch bag, or a poodle on a pushbike notebook, you can’t help but engage with our product… it’s an absolute pleasure to sell!

 

The Role

 

You’ll spend your days meeting a fun and diverse variety of independent shop owners, buyers and industry professionals who share our passion and drive. We love our customers and you will too! Presenting our products is fun and rewarding. We’ll supply the product, and you’ll supply the greatest customer service.

 

You will take ownership of your area and build something that is entirely yours. You’ll work independently and manage your own diary, reporting in to our UK Sales Manager. We have a wonderful sales support team ready to help you succeed… Bring us your best sales ideas and we’ll help you bring them to life.

 

In this role you can play a part in driving and influencing fashion trends within the gifting industry. Feedback from our team constantly helps guide our design house. Your opinions count!

International Business Development

Due to continued business development and market demand, SANTORO are looking to further expand our energetic and ambitious international sales team.

With a focus on both developing business with our existing retail stockists, and generating new business to increase Santoro’s global brand coverage, this role requires a tenacious individual who is able to expertly co-ordinate sales to secure repeat business and maximum long term revenue.

Ensuring that sales and profit growth are achieved in line with targets, your ability to promote & negotiate will enable you to increase brand visibility and market share. To do this you will be a true believer in excellent customer service and also understand sales data and its impact on business decisions.

As our international customer base continues to grow, particular focus is placed on specific territories, including the US market, Far East etc.

You may be asked to visit our international stockists to maintain positive business relationships, and to also represent our brand at trade shows world-wide.

As part of the Santoro team you must be prepared to work hard and think dynamically, and you are certainly not controlled by a 9 to 5 mindset. Intelligent with top grades, you will be determined and focused, as well as keen to learn new skills and enjoy working as part of a team. Languages would be useful, but are not essential.

Sales and Marketing Assistant

To succeed within this role, you must be a dynamic, analytical thinker with a keen eye for detail; we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and always up for a challenge!

Role responsibilities:
Santoro Preparation, execution & monitoring of creative sales and marketing strategies, including mailshots, catalogues and social media, and tracking their success.
Santoro Providing editorial assistance, including but not limited to – copy writing, proof reading and administrative tasks.
Santoro Sample management of new product launches.
Santoro Assistance in planning and execution of creative social media campaigns across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and YouTube, and monitoring their success.

Product Development Assistant

We are seeking a PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT to work within our busy Licensing Team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hardworking, superbly organised, bright and ambitious individual able to manage a busy and varied workload with the determination to succeed and work their way up within a passionate, leading edge design company that is constantly evolving.

This is an administrative based role that would suit a creative individual with a passion for design, fashion and accessories.

You will be highly organised, hardworking, and have a professional manner as well as possess excellent communication skills. With an acute eye for detail, confident telephone manner, and the ability to work to tight deadlines you will also be computer literate having achieved top grades in your education. Part of your role will be to assist with the coordination and approval of artwork and product submissions for a variety of consumer goods categories including fashion accessories, gifts and apparel, tracking them through from initial design concept to final product, liaising with clients worldwide ensuring that all products comply with the brand style guide.

International Sales Executive

Santoro’s International presence continues to grow from strength to strength and we are expanding our International Sales Team. In this role you will use your selling skills to expertly co-ordinate and develop key international customers, as well as motivating, supporting and increasing our international distributor network; both existing and new. Ensuring that sales and profit growth are achieved in line with targets, your ability to promote & negotiate will enable you to increase brand visibility and develop individual customer showroom product share. Occasional overseas travel will be a requirement of this role.

The key to this role is to develop and maintain relationships with specified customers and ensure that these accounts generate repeat business and maximum long term revenue. To do this you will be a true believer in excellent customer service and also understand sales data and its impact on business decisions.

To work in this entrepreneurial role you cannot be afraid of hard work or thinking dynamically, and are certainly not controlled by a 9 to 5 mindset. Production Controller

Strong interpersonal skills and powers of persuasion are vital for this Production role, you will need to prioritise your workload and make things happen so as to meet production deadlines. The position has an administrative focus so you will need to possess excellent computer skills and attention to detail. If you have experience in the print /sourcing production field then this is a great opportunity for you to shine as an important member of our team.

You will be working within the friendly and supportive environment of our Wimbledon office’s Production department. If you have achieved A grades at GCSE & A-level then we can provide ongoing opportunities and a role and culture in which to thrive.

You will be involved closely with our international suppliers, our Far East Production Office, and our on-site Design team. Previous experience in a production sourcing role, preferable working with Far East suppliers is important.

Production / Administrative Assistant

This opportunity is an entry level role supplying general office and administrative support to our Wimbledon Head Office. You will be involved in the administrative aspect of the day to day office requirements, with an emphasis of your time supporting the Production team, working with our suppliers and our product collections.

This is an ideal opportunity if you wish to develop a career within a Product Development / Print Production environment.

Creative Artworker / Designer

We are currently looking for an Artworker / Designer to work within our studio. You must have proven Mac skills in Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign and a desire to prove yourself in a demanding environment. Meticulous attention to detail is essential (the role includes artworking projects for print) as are good communication and organisational skills.

A passion and interest in the gift and greeting-card market would be advantageous.

You will be working with our branded style guides, and supplied art which you will use to design cards and gifts that will be sold direct to retailers.

You will have:

Santoro A good Graphic Design degree (2:1 or above), or equivalent
Santoro Proven commercial experience within a design studio for a minimum of 2 years
